Reason the product is recalled
We have identified that the printed user manual originally supplied with the plant sensor did not include all the warning information required under the mandatory information standard for products containing button/coin batteries (Information Standard).
We are contacting our customers to provide all the information required under the Information Standard.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of choking, severe internal burn injuries or death to young children if they gain access to the button/coin batteries and swallow or place them inside their body. Severe or fatal injuries can happen in 2 hours or less.
The Sensor complies with the mandatory safety standard for products containing button/coin batteries, and its use will not cause injury.
What consumers should do

Users of the Willow app must review and acknowledge an in-app notification containing the button battery warning information to continue using the Willow app.
